5. The User’s rights

  • 5.1. Each User has the right to access, modify, correct and delete his or her data. He or she can also, free of charge and upon request, oppose him or herself against the processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes. The Users have also a right to data portability, which implies that FREEEDRIVE can supply (at their request) their data to them and / or to a third party in a structured and machine-readable form.
